To avoid unnecessary negotiations and time lapses, all our prospective Clients are invited to go through following basic Terms & Conditions. All the below described are part of our approved business policy, hence cannot be changed in any way. These policy matters are framed out by absorbing our past several years experience in this field. It is also our practical knowledge that, all serious and potential Clients will agree these minimum conditions. Now please have a look over six points noted below.

1. Our export terms are Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight opened in a reputed bank (Confirmed L/c needed for some countries) OR advance TT . FOB or CIF based shipment can be made.

2. Client (s) is/are free to appoint their own inspectors at their own cost to inspect the goods before shipment, if they wishes so. However all the goods will be inspected by our Inspection Department before shipment (for Indian manufacturing only) and a report will be mailed to our Client (only in case of export business of 'Custom Made', 'Semi-Custom Made', and 'Stock Lot' products). Shipment will only be made once we get approval from the Client, based on this inspection report particulars and these services are free of cost to the Clients who are placing orders through us to our business group. Due to high expense side, we are not able to provide free inspection services for the manufacturing conducted in the Overseas. If Client wants our inspection in the Overseas, should be charged extra. However, all Indian and Overseas orders will be organized at free of cost by our Group. In all cases, Inspections should be conducted at ex-works only.

3. Physical samples can be forwarded for client's examination according to our sampling policies. All kinds of sampling procedures are expensive and we want to assure the returns in terms of realization of Order Placement.

4. Stock items already informed to the Clients could only be exported subject to availability at the time of finalization, due to fast movement of such products. Hence, fast negotiation is solicited to get Client's interested stock item (s).

5. Other related terms and conditions can be mutually agreed at the time of negotiations.

6. Only serious and potential Clients needed to negotiate with us. We respect others time and request to value our time too.

Any doubts or clarifications may be forwarded to us without any hesitation. Our products are guaranteed (subject to conditions) against all kinds of manufacturing defects for the seven months from the date of shipment. We want to keep up our reputation and to assure best of our services to the Clients.
